Abstract
The method is proposed for constructing the effective potential of int eraction of particles for a dense fully ionized hydrogen plasma. The t otal, transport, and differential cross sections of electron-proton sc attering are calculated by the method of phase functions in a wide ran ge of coupling parameter variation. The obtained results are analyzed.
