Abstract
A 7-year-old girl with an anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery restored connection of the left coronary ar tery to the ascending aorta by aortocoronary bypass graft. Aortocorona ry bypass grafting was performed with a vascular prosthesis. Postopera tive angiography showed a patent left coronary artery without narrowin g or kinking. Clinical improvement was rapid and the left ventricular function recovered completely.
