K. Friedrichs et al., DETERMINATION OF DITHIOCARBAMATE RESIDUES IN FOODSTUFF BY HEADSPACE GAS-CHROMATOGRAPHY AND FLAME PHOTOMETRIC DETECTION, Zeitschrift fur Lebensmittel-Untersuchung und -Forschung, 201(1), 1995, pp. 69-73
With headspace-technique in conjunction with a flamephotometric detect
or (FPD) a fast and sensitive method for the determination of dithioca
rbamates from organic foodstuff is presented, The dithiocarbamates are
treated with tin-(II)-chloride and determined quantitatively as carbo
n disulfide (CS2). The evaluation of the data is performed by calibrat
ion curves.
