Abstract
Endovascular therapy for surgical diseases of the cranial base is in m any ways a survey of the field of interventional neuroradiology (or en dovascular neurosurgery). As the multidisciplinary focus to the treatm ent of various cranial base diseases has become increasingly complex, the role of endovascular therapy as both a primary and secondary treat ment modality has expanded. A comprehensive review of this role is pre sented.
