Abstract
A new genus Annectobracon (type species A. eventus sp.n. from China, T hailand, Laos and Vietnam) and A. excavata sp.n. from India and Sri La nka belonging to the tribe Bathyaulacini are described and illustrated , and an identification key to the species is provided. A phylogenetic analysis of the tribes Bathyaulacini and Glyptomorphini is presented, and the new genus is shown to be the sister group of Ischnobracon Bal tazar.
