Abstract
The separation of monomeric acrylates was perfomed with High Performan ce Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC). A direct on-line structural assignment of all compounds by con tinuous-flow H-1 NMR spectroscopy is possible with both separation tec hniques. The direct SFC-NMR coupling offers the advantage that the rec orded continuous-flow H-1 NMR spectrum is not obscured by solvent sign als.
