We study quantum systems with Thue-Morse kicked Hamiltonians. Very sim
ple and effective algorithms for the numerical computation of autocorr
elation functions, polarization fluctuations and decaying properties o
f Fourier amplitude intensity are presented. We study in detail the ca
se of a two-level system which has interest per se; on account of the
numerical results we conjecture that generically this system has a sin
gular continuous-like dynamical evolution.
