Abstract
Seven cases of small, asymptomatic splenic cyst-like lesions (CLL) dia gnosed in foetuses and neonates are reported. None of these CLL was op erated on; three completely disappeared. Such a complete regression ha s never been described before. A more conservative approach to such le sions is suggested in order to prevent the possible complications of i nappropriate interventional therapy.
