Abstract
The Hamilton theory of superfluid liquid with a free boundary is devel oped. Nonlinear amplitudes of the parametric Cherenkov radiation of th e surface wave by the second sound and the inner decay of the second s ound waves are found. Threshold amplitudes of the second sound waves f or these two processes are determined.
