Abstract
The structure-activity relationship of 2-hydroxy-1H-isoindole-diones, which are cystostatic agents, has been discussed. The growth inhibitor y potency of these compounds are found to be dominantly controlled by electronic and steric factors. Significant correlation have been obtai ned between the growth inhibitory potency and topological index (T).
