Abstract
A flash-type analog-to-digital converter is conceived based on the pro perty of critical current-density phenomena and shaping of superconduc ting films. This has been fabricated using high-T-C yttrium barium cop per oxide superconducting thick film and its function is demonstrated. (C) 1995 American Institute of Physics.
