Abstract
Immobilized ficin catalyzed the synthesis of peptides between N-protec ted amino acids and amino acid esters in ethylacetate. Under similar c onditions N,N'-diBoc-L-cystine was furnished the monopeptidation by co ntrolling the duration of the reaction. The influence of pH, reaction time and amount of triethylamine on mono-peptidation was also studied.
