Abstract
4-Acylaminopyridine derivatives were synthesized and found to have hig h affinity choline uptake improvement activity. Optimum activity was o btained when the n-propylcarbonyl group was introduced as the acyl moi ety. A series of 2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetyl substituted derivatives als o showed activity.
