Abstract
Low temperature a.c.-susceptibility measurements of the intermetallic compound TmCo2 under various external magnetic fields up to 1.5 T are reported. Two magnetic phase transitions were found at the temperature s 3.4 and 3.8 K. The origins of the transitions are discussed on the b asis of quadrupolar as well as magnetic interactions.
