Abstract
The paper reports the kinetic characteristics of the polymerization pr ocess of isoprene with NdCl3 . 3TIBA catalytic system. The influence o f catalyst concentration, Al/Nd molar ratio, polymerization temperatur e and monomer concentration against conversion, molecular weight, gel content and microstructure of polyisoprene have been shown. The obtain ed data permitted to establish the optimum conditions for isoprene pol ymerization with this catalytic system.
