Abstract
Two new 11(15-->1)-abeotaxanes (taxayuntin E and F) were isolated from the leaves and stems of Taxus yunnanensis. The conformational flexibi lity of the tetracyclic taxane skeleton was observed in the H-1 NMR sp ectrum of taxayuntin F.
