Abstract
The mechanosynthesis of tin sulfide SnS2 in this contribution was stud ied. X-ray qualitative diffraction analysis showed that berndite 3D wa s created (JCPDC-ICDD 23-617). The surface layers contain except of ti n sulfides also tin oxides due to mechanochemical surface oxidation.
