Abstract
Photon-gated spectral hole burning in mixed meso-phenyl-tetrabenzoporp hyrinato-zinc as donor in which the inhomogeneous line width of mixtur e reaches 370 Angstrom, with aromatic cyanide as acceptor in poly (met hylmethacrylate) has been performed at 4.2 K. The hole filling induced by a gating beam was studied. The absorption of the gating beam by do nor molecules leads to both broad-band bleaching of the S-1 <-- S-0 in homogeneous line before hole burning and hole filling after hole burni ng.
