Abstract
An experimental scheme is devised and demonstrated to realize integrat ion of porous silicon with free standing CVD diamond. Laser Raman spec troscopy, atomic force microscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy are used to bring out the nature and qual ity of the integration achieved.
