Abstract
Thin films of barium strontium titanate have been analysed using heavy ion recoil spectrometry with 77 and 98 MeV I-127 ions at the new heav y ion recoil facility at ANSTO, Lucas Heights. New calibration procedu res have been developed for quantitative analysis. Energy spectra for each of the elements present reveal interdiffusion that was not previo usly known.
