Abstract
In this report we describe, herewith, a patient with primary pigmentar y dystrophy of the retina (retinitis pigmentosa) associated with unila teral retinal arteriovenous communication and exudative retinal detach ment. The patient had complete resolution of the retinal detachment fo llowing laser photocoagulation treatment. Such association has not bee n previously reported.
