This listing covers publications from 1990-1992. Some changes were made in this compilation Publication s on basic disk chemistry are not included. The abstracts are edited a nd reduced to one to three sentences to shorten the length of the publ ication. Abstracts for papers published in IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, and IEEE transactions on Power Systems are not included. Ref erences relevant for application of surge arresters are included, but not all aspects of low voltage applications are covered which will be included in a separate publication.
