Abstract
During a survey of larval trematodes from the piedmont region of the N euse River in eastern North Carolina, 6 armatae xiphidiocercariae were reported from gastropods. New locality records are reported for the c ercaria of Dasymetra conferta Nicoll, 1911, and the 5 remaining cercar iae are reported as new species.
