Abstract
We have measured the temperature dependence of first-return maps for t he maximum forward current through a driven diode oscillator circuit. We have constructed the bifurcation diagram with temperature as the co ntrol parameter and generalized the model of Rollins and Hunt to inclu de the temperature.
