Abstract
Although endometrioid carcinoma constitutes the second most common typ e of primary ovarian adenocarcinoma, the sertoliform variant is rarely encountered. We describe a case of this rave ovarian carcinoma which mimics a Sertoli cell tumour in its pathological appearance.
