Abstract
Anti-endothelial-cell antibodies (AECAs) have been described in a numb er of conditions. However, the exact prevalence of AECAs is not yet kn own because of the considerable variation in results obtained by diffe rent investigators. A recent meeting discussed the requirement to sta ndardize the AECA test.
