Abstract
A solution is obtained to the problem of magnetic switch loss minimiza tion for a multistage pulse power magnetic compressor. A comparison of magnetic switch volumes and losses is made for pulse power magnetic c ompressors with a varying number of compression stages and various val ues of the compression ratio.
