Abstract
We report the second pediatric case of xanthogramulomatous cholecystit is. It is the first case recognized laparoscopically in the world lite rature. Attention is drawn to the distinctive laparoscopic features, a s well as the potential hazards of laparoscopic removal. Serial ultras ound studies in our case demonstrated the evolution of the xanthogranu lomatous process.
