We study an interacting particle system with parity conservation for t
he number of particles, which exhibitits a continuous phase transition
. Using Padi approximants for the survival probability, we obtain crit
ical probability p(c)=0.3585+/-0.0021 and critical exponent beta=0.97/-0.08. The results show that the model belongs to a universality clas
s different from that of directed percolation.
