Abstract
The proton and carbon NMR spectra of the marine polyether toxin, breve toxin-3, are totally assigned using a series of 2D NMR experiments whi ch included: TOCSY, ROESY, HMQC, HMBC, and IDR-(Inverted Direct Respon se)-HMQC-TOCSY. All work was performed on a sample consisting of 800 m u g (0.95 mu mole) at 500 MHz.
