Abstract
Convenient syntheses of rt-butoxycarbonyI-S-p-methoxybenzyl-L-homocyst eine benzyl ester and benzyl L-4-dimethylphosphono-2-N-phthalimidobuta noate from commercially available L-homoserine are described along wit h their incorporation into dipeptides.
