The possibilities of synthesizing newkinds of molecular sieves hydroth
ermally in diethylenetriamine system with phosphoric acid, Aluminum hy
droxide, ethyl silicate and cobalt acetate were studied. In the experi
mental processes no crystal was found when only aluminum hydroxide and
phosphoric acid existed in the system, a condensed crystal phase was
formed after adding ethyl silicate to the system, two novel classes of
molecular sieves (named CoAPO-101 and CoAPSO-101) were abtained after
cobalt acetate being added to the system. The results of X-ray Powder
differaction show that the structures of these classes of molecular s
ieves are different from other's, the adsorption properties illustrate
that they are all belong to small pore molecular sieves.
