Abstract
The effect of the addition of four toxic metals added as chloride solu tions and suspensions to a cementitious matrix, consisting of white ce ment paste and mortar, was studied. To such purpose variations in the physical-mechanical properties of the cement mixes, the development of the heat over time and the evolution of the phases formed during hydr ation were observed.
