Abstract
The effect of superconductor-semiconductor interaction on the d.c. res istance and a.c. magnetic susceptibility of the prepared samples was r ecorded. T-c was reduced by increasing Si content, and the superconduc tivity phase was completely destroyed at an Si:YBCO ratio greater than or equal to 2%.
