Abstract
A fully adaptive constrained notch filter in cascade form is proposed for tracking the time-varying frequencies of multiple noisy sinusoids. Recursive predication-error estimation of the notch bandwidths enable s, together with a specific adaptation of the forgetting factors of th e algorithm, successful applications of the filter in uncertain and no nstationary environments.
