A. Valentin et al., FALSE DIAGNOSIS OF MYOCARDIAL-INFARCTION DUE TO AN EXTREME LEFT-SIDEDCARDIAC ROTATION IN 2 PATIENTS, European heart journal, 16(7), 1995, pp. 1011-1013
We present two patients with an extremely rare condition. abnormal car
diac levoposition. Alterations in the ECG caused by this congenital ab
normality and additional chest symptoms led to the false diagnosis of
previous myocardial infarction. Chest X-l ay and echocardiography sugg

was established by magnetic resonance imaging.
