Abstract
Successful orthotopic liver transplantation may reverse extrahepatic m anifestations of the primary chronic liver disease. A well documented improvement of Raynaud's phenomenon, following successful liver transp lantation realized for endstage primary biliary cirrhosis, using repet itive angiological examination and capillary microscopy is presented.
