Abstract
Experiments were conducted to test eight seed pretreatments for enhanc ing germination in Terminalia tomentosa seeds. No germination was reco rded in the control. Seed scarification improved seed germination but only upto 37%. However, Very high germination (97%) was recorded when naked endocarps were used.
