Abstract
The structural relationships among the killer toxins secreted from the genus Williopsis were revealed by genomic Southern blot analysis and immunoblot analysis. Killer toxins of W. mrakii and W. saturnus showed structural similarities. However, killer toxins of W. beijericnkii an d W. californica did not show any structural similarities although the y had similar killer spectra to those of W. mrakii and W. saturnus.
