Abstract
By using agarose gel electrophoresis technique, DNA cleaving activitie s of two organometallic complexes, FcT (ferricenium trichloroacetate, bis (trichloroacetic acid) solvate) and TDC (titanocene dichloride), w ere tested in this paper. The results show that FcT can cause a single strand cleavage of pBR322 DNA, but TDC can't do under the same condit ion.
