Oscillographic flow injection analysis (dynamic oscillographic analysi
s) means the combination of flow injection technique with oscillograph
ic analysis and oscillographic determination is carried out in continu
ously flowing solution. Flow-through cell which suited to oscillograph
ic analysis is designed. New technique with feedback voltage is first
presented. Reproducibility, detection limit and influences of differen
t factors on peak height of depolarizer are investigated. The method h
as the characteristics of easy operation, quick analysis, good reprodu
cibility, high sensitivity, saving reagents, and the difficult problem
s of static oscillographic method have been solved. Therefore, oscillo
graphic determination methods will become a series of really feasible
analytical methods.
