Abstract
Pancreas ectopy is a rare form of hamartoma which may cause epigastric pain. The diagnosis of complicated ectopic pancreas is difficult beca use of its nonspecific symptoms and atypical radiologic findings.(1,2) The ectopic tissue can harbor all the pathologic changes seen in the normal pancreas, such as inflammation, cystic changes, or neoplasia.(1 ,3) We report the case of a 24-year-old woman with a complex mass deve loping in ectopic pancreatic tissue located in the gastric antrum.
