Abstract
The effect of magnetic pole and exposure time dependent water structur es on liver of a fish Clarias batrachus was studied. Magnetic restruct uring of water was done for 1, 3, 5, and 8 h of exposure at 0.297 +/- 0.003 T. Study revealed that magnetically restructured water induced d ifferent changes of hepatic cell density, size, and nuclear diameter. We suggest that this is due to differential partitioning between and a mong the extracellular, intracellular, and nuclear solutions. The dege nerative changes are highly significant.
