Tk. Garg et al., EFFECT OF MAGNETICALLY RESTRUCTURED WATER ON THE LIVER OF A CATFISH CLARIAS-BATRACHUS, Electro- and magnetobiology, 14(2), 1995, pp. 107-115
The effect of magnetic pole and exposure time dependent water structur
es on liver of a fish Clarias batrachus was studied. Magnetic restruct
uring of water was done for 1, 3, 5, and 8 h of exposure at 0.297 +/-
0.003 T. Study revealed that magnetically restructured water induced d
ifferent changes of hepatic cell density, size, and nuclear diameter.
We suggest that this is due to differential partitioning between and a
mong the extracellular, intracellular, and nuclear solutions. The dege
nerative changes are highly significant.
