Abstract
Four different models of LC chromatography column dynamics were compar ed regarding their efficiency and accuracy of computation In the model s analysed the resistances of mass transfer, axial dispersion as well as resistances of the adsorption-desorption process were considered. T he results of calculation showed that the most efficient was the model in which mass transfer resistances were ignored, but the resistances of the adsorption-desorption process were taken into account.
