Abstract
The five-membered ring of the title compound, C6H4BrNO3, has normal ge ometry and there are no unusual intramolecular distances or angles. Th e O atoms of the nitro group interact with the C-H groups of a neighbo ring molecule with H ... O distances of 2.46(1) and 2.56 (1) Angstrom.
