Abstract
Myeloid metaplasia with myelofibrosis develops in about 10% of patient s with polycythemia vera. We report a case of a 48-year-old female wit h postpolycythemic myelofibrosis successfully treated with allogeneic HLA-matched bone marrow transplantation.
