ANGULAR-DISTRIBUTION AND POLARIZATION OF PHOTONS IN THE INCLUSIVE DECAY LAMBDA(B)-]X(S)GAMMA

We study the angular distribution of photons produced in the inclusive decay of a polarized Lambda(b), Lambda(b) --> X(s) gamma, using the t echnique of heavy quark effective theory. Finite non-perturbative corr ections are obtained relative to the free quark decay b --> s gamma. T hese corrections affect significantly the intensity and polarization o f photons emitted at small angles relative to the Lambda(b) spin direc tion.
