Abstract
New stable leukotriene A(4) analog with acetylenic function in positio ns 14,15 has been synthesized. Conversion of this analog to the corres ponding LTC(4) derivative and the structural and biological characteri zation are presented. (C) 1997, Elsevier Science Ltd.
