Abstract
Transhysteroscopic myomectomy has proved to be safe and effective with experienced operators. The use of the continuous flow hysteroscope an d preoperative monitoring of intrauterine pressure has contributed to the prevention of fluid intravasion accidents. Effectiveness has been demonstrated in a number of recently published long-term studies.
