Abstract
We apply the Shannon-Wehrl entropy to the squeezed graviton states by making use of the numerical estimates for the gravitational squeezing parameter as provided by Grishchuk and Sidorov [Phys. Rev. D42, 3413 ( 1990)]. Compared to the same quantity for laboratory squeezing, we obt ain a much higher value for this entropy as an indication of the huge gravitational squeezing during cosmological evolution. We also plot th e Shannon-Wehrl entropy for the ''thermal'' radiation of a Schwarzschi ld horizon.
